Waterfloo could be a liquid simulation app. It uses pretty advanced fluid physics and rendering.
The app has 2 modes of interaction: water, wherever you "pour and splash", and paint, wherever you "paint and mix".
You can additionally management the fluid movement by tilting the device, load your own background photos and save screenshots.
The paint mode is comparable to the one found in Magic Fluids. Also, Magic Fluids users fairly often requested a custom backgrond picture choice, therefore here it is!
